Telehealth

  • A thoughtful, in depth session to explore your health in its full context. Together, we review your symptoms, health history, lifestyle patterns, and goals to uncover underlying patterns and begin shaping a personalized roadmap. 

    This session provides space to ask questions, discuss your experiences, and start identifying the most meaningful ways to support your well being. When helpful, additional lab work may be recommended to provide further clarity and guide next steps. Labs are optional and billed separately.

    By the end of this session, you’ll have a clearer understanding of your current health landscape and the first steps toward creating a sustainable, personalized path forward.

    If interested in a House Call session, I am available within -30 minutes of Kingston, NY. For other locations, please reach out to discuss possibilities.

    ~1.5 hours | $250

    I am a licensed practitioner in the state of New York, and thus only able to offer medical care to those in New York.
    If you are out of state, I can offer health coaching, but I am not able to diagnose or treat medical conditions.

    *A Note for Clients Over 65*

    I’m still happy to support you on your health and wellness journey! Because I also work within the traditional healthcare system, I must follow Medicare guidelines in my private practice. This means I’m unable to order medications or lab work for clients over 65, but I’m happy to offer personalized health consultations and coaching to support your health goals.

  • A focused, supportive session to review your progress, refine your care plan, review labs and adjust strategies as your needs evolve. We take time to check in on how changes are integrating into your life and address any new questions or challenges that arise.

    These sessions provide continuity and guidance, helping you maintain momentum while moving thoughtfully toward sustainable, long term well being. 

    1 hour | $150
