FAQ
-
Upstream is a practice born from a deep love for supporting life to thrive, a relentless curiosity about what’s possible when we listen to the body and a refusal to accept that this is as good as it gets for healthcare in the US. The mission is to cultivate a space where health is understood as an interconnected, dynamic ecosystem honoring the body, mind, spirit, and our relationship with the natural world. I help people transform their symptoms from sources of confusion into clear, actionable insights for healing, empowering them to reconnect with their body’s innate rhythms and desires.

Our first session is a long, unhurried conversation. We'll go through your health history, your concerns, your questions, your goals to understand not just what's happening in your body, but the fuller picture of your life. From there we build a plan together that includes things like nutrition, lifestyle practices, labs, supplements, medications. Whatever feels most relevant to where you are right now.
